How to make
The beef tongue is cooked well in a pressure cooker.
Cut it into slices and arrange it on the bottom of a baking pan.
Arrange the yellow cheese on it (I used Munster Cheese - American cheese with added paprika, so I didn't add any more), mozzarella (also cut into slices) and crumbs of blue cheese.
Add the finely chopped olives and peppers and put it in the oven, until the cheeses aquire a golden brown color.
The cheeses release a lot of fat, the appetizer becomes nutritious and moderately heavy. For this reason, I did not grease the baking pan, nor did I add any more.
Pork tongue is much fatter, so if you replace it with one, I recommend reducing the amount of cheese.
The baked beef tongue with cheeses is ready.
