How to make
Wash the beef tongue and boil it in salted water completely. Drain it, peel it and cut into slices with a thickness of 0.3″ (8 mm). Soak it in vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix together paprika, the strained onion juice, crushed bay leaf, sugar, tomato paste and a little salt and pepper.
Thread several pieces of tongue and skewer, then brush them with a nice spread on all sides. Put in a hot grill to toast on both sides. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill.
