How to make
The whole mushrooms are placed in a colander and are rinsed with water. Never soak them in water to wash them! Strain well.
Melt the butter in a pan and place the mushrooms in it. I also drop a pinch of universal spice inside. Cover them with a lid for no more than 6-7 minutes.
Remove the lid, so that the water released by the mushrooms can evaporate when stewing them.
Season with black pepper and soy sauce.
Be careful with the amount of universal spice and soy sauce - both contain salt!
