How to make
Boil the steamed potatoes (peeled and finely chopped) and measure 3 tea cups of the boiled cubes.
Pour them into a deep bowl and mash them into a puree.
Add to them the other products: washed and finely chopped - chard, spring onions and dill, carrot and fresh ginger root (grated on a fine grater).
Season with spices - Himalayan salt, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and sunflower oil.
Thicken the mixture with fine corn flour. Stir evenly and form small patties.
15-16 potato patties are obtained from the mixture.
Roll them on all sides in coarse corn semolina for their breading.
In a heated pan with a little sunflower oil, prepare the patties, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.
