Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 medium
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 3
  • breadcrumbs - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cheese - 3.53 oz (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • spice mix - Vegeta
  • savory - to taste

How to make

Boil the potatoes (for best results, the potatoes need to be cold, so it is better to leave them to cool overnight after you boil them).

Grate the peeled potatoes in a deep bowl, add onions, butter, cheese, crushed feta, 1 raw egg, season with Vegeta to taste and mix it all very well.

Then shape patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and 2 beaten eggs, then fry it in hot oil. Bon appetit!
