How to make
Wash the spinach and onions and cut them into small pieces. Put the spinach and onions in a deep bowl and add an egg, a pinch of salt. Then add the flour and mix well. Only then add the crumbled feta cheese.
Stir again to mix all the ingredients.
Put oil in a pan, enough to cover the bottom well, heat it and then with wet hands, take a little of the mixture, shape meatballs from it and put them to fry. Once they're done on one side, flip them over.
Move them onto paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
