"Lunch - a la minute - juicy frittata with fresh spinach and feta cheese! Well leave the choice of a suitable salad in your hands"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g) baby spinach (cleaned and washed, dried on a towel)
  • feta - 7 oz (200 g)
  • basil - a few leaves
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • parmesan - to sprinkle on top
  • oil - 2 tbsp. (to stew the spinach)

How to make

In a deeper pan or baking pan (20 cm deep), stew the spinach briefly.

Beat the eggs with the salt into a homogeneous mixture and separately grate the feta on a coarse grater or cumble it into fine pieces.

Pour the eggs, the crumbled cheese and a pinch of black pepper over the spinach, fry it for 3 minutes and put it in a preheated oven, before sprinkling the parmesan.

Once it's baked - 10 minutes, remove it from the oven.

Sprinkle whole or chopped basil leaves on top.

The frittata is served with salad according to the season.

The frittata with spinach and feta cheese is ready.
