How to make
The cheese is crumbled and the tomato is finely chopped. To soften the spinach, it is put in a colander and poured with boiling water.
Then rinse with cold water and strain. Beat the egg and egg whites in a bowl. Add water, salt and black pepper. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the eggs into a heated pan. When the omelet is almost set, add the finely chopped tomato, cheese and spinach.
They are put in only one half of the omelet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and fold the omelet. It is served warm.
