How to make
The quinoa is washed and put in a pot with 1-2 cups of hot water and a little salt. Boil, until it bursts, then strain it and wash it under running cold water.
Crumble the white cheese in a bowl, add the strained quinoa, finely chopped onion, egg, pinch of salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, parsley, spinach and flour.
With greased hands, form balls, a little bigger than a walnut and fry them in heated oil, until they aquire a golden brown color.
After they are placed in the heated oil, they are gently pressed down with your hand to shape them into a patties.
The quinoa patties are placed onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
The vegetable patties are served with an yogurt and garlic sauce.
