How to make
Rub the chicken meat with black pepper and a little salt and pour it with milk. Leave it for a few hours.
Wash and chop the spinach. Stew it, until it softens in butter with a pinch of salt and white pepper. Add the grated or sliced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.
Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti according to the manufacturer's instructions.
On the other hob, fry the chicken fillet, which has become more tender from the milk and is cut into pieces, in a little olive oil. As soon as it turns white, remove it from the heat and season it with oregano.
Strain the cooked spaghetti and divide them into two portions. Place the spinach on top of each one (you can shape it into balls, as I did).
Crumble the white cheese around the spaghetti and spread the chicken on top.
Sprinkle with more oregano and a drizzle of olive oil and serve it.
The spaghetti with chicken, spinach and white cheese is ready.
