Ingredients

  • pasta - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • white cheese - 1 cup
  • strained yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • grated parmesan - 1/2 cup
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • starch - 1/2 tsp.
  • sea salt - 1 tsp.
  • fresh spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • hot paprika - optional

How to make

Mix all of the ingredients from the second to the eighth together in the blender.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In a little oil in a deep frying pan fry the garlic clove, until it releases its aroma, remove it, add the washed and well strained spinach.

When the spinach has reduced in volume, add the contents of the blender, mix everything well, then add the boiled and strained pasta. Mix the spaghetti with spinach well.

After 3-5 minutes, check its taste and remove it from the heat.

Serve the pasta with white cheese and spinach sprinkled with hot paprika.
