How to make
The cream cheese is left out of the refrigerator to reach room temperature.
Water is poured into a pot. Put it on the stove, until it boils. Pour the pasta in it and cook it according to the instructions on the package, by stirring regularly to prevent it sticking.
Strain and wash it with cold water. Leave it to drain well.
The spinach is washed and cut into strips. The garlic is peeled and pressed.
Put the butter and a little oil in a pan. Add the cream cheese, by breaking it with the whisk.
Add the cream and mix well, until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is flavored with black pepper and broth. If necessary, add more salt.
Add the spinach and garlic. Mix. It is enough for the spinach to reduce its volume and not be overcooked to preserve some of its beneficial properties.
Pour the strained pasta into the pan and stir.
Enjoy a serving of pasta rotini with cream cheese and spinach.
