How to make
Thoroughly clean the spinach leaves and dry them. Put them in a blender with olive oil, cream, feta cheese, crushed garlic, lemon juice and spices to taste. Top with about 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of water or milk and blend everything until smooth and homogenous.
Then mix the spinach sauce with grated parmesan or cheese. Mix the boiled and drained pasta with the spinach sauce. Serve the pasta with spinach and cheeses with more grated parmesan or cheese.
