  • yellow cheese - 1 oz (30 g)
  • black pepper

  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

How to make

In boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt, boil the spaghetti for 8 minutes, strain them and save 1 cup (200 ml) of the water in which the spaghetti were boiled.

Heat oil and butter in a pan, fry a finely chopped green garlic stalk, add half of the water and then pieces of sliced ​​processed cheese.

Stir with a wire whisk, until it has melted and add the rest of the water. Add spinach, as much salt as you desire, mustard, lemon juice and black pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and stir for a minute.
