"Appetizing potato patties with mozzarella for a delicious lunch and a good mood."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1 lb (400 g)
  • mozzarella - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • parsley - a pinch
  • savory herb - a pinch
  • sesame seeds - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Peel and cut the potatoes. Put them in a saucepan with salted water and cook until soft.

Using a ricer, mash the boiled potatoes into a smooth puree.

Add one egg, season with a pinch of chopped parsley, a pinch of savory herb and a pinch of black pepper.

Stir the well-prepared mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.

From the cooled mashed potatoes make small patties and in the middle place a piece of mozzarella and roll them in the sesame seeds.

Fry the appetizing potato patties in hot oil.

Remove and place them onto a napkin to drain off excess fat.

Serve the potato patties with mozzarella, a salad of your choice or garlic sauce.
