Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • gouda - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The potatoes are boiled and then grated on a coarse grater. Grate the white cheese and gouda and add them to the potatoes. Knead everything.

Blanch the spinach and add it to the other products. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper and mix everything well.

Form the potato patties and roll each one of them in the flour and egg. Fry them in heated oil, until they're ready.

The potato patties with gouda are very tasty.
