How to make
Pour a little oil into the pot, just enough to cover the bottom and fry the diced onions.
When they're fried a little, add the diced tomatoes (peeled), peppers, carrots and parsley. If you want it to be more liquid, you can add water (at your discretion).
After 4-5 minutes add the spice and sugar, stir and wait for the dish to be fully cooked.
