  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Defrost the Brussels sprouts. Season them with salt and ground white pepper.

Roll the Brussels sprouts in the breadcrumbs.

Heat the butter and stew the Brussels sprouts in it. Cook them for 3-4 minutes, by stirring occasionally.
