How to make
Wash the beetroot and without peeling them, wrap them in baking paper, like candy.
Put them in a baking pan and roast them at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 40 minutes.
When they cool down, peel each beetroot and cut them into pieces of your choice (cubes, flat slices).
Add the chopped garlic to the chopped roasted beetroot (again according to your taste - one to each or finely chopped), sprinkle with ground (or crushed) walnuts, season with salt, vinegar and stir.
Finally, add oil or olive oil and once again mix the well-roasted beetroot with garlic and walnuts.
