How to make
Wash the beetroots, dry and wrap each in foil or baking paper. Put them in a tray, on the bottom of which you have poured some hot water.
Put the beets to roast for about an hour on medium heat. Let the cooked beets cool, peel and cut them into medium-thick slices.
Arrange them in a bowl and pour on a dressing made from the soya sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and a pinch of brown sugar.
