How to make
Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt and mix it with the yeast.
Make a well in the middle and crack an egg in it. Beat the soda and yogurt and add them to the flour.
Add the milk and 3 tbsp. of fat. Mix well and form a dough.
Flour the surface, on which you will knead and pour the dough. Knead, until it stops sticking to your palms.
Put the kneaded dough in the bowl and make an indent in the middle.
Cover it with cling film and leave it to rise in a warm place, until the dent disappears.
If you are not going to make pizzas on the day of kneading the dough, put it in a well greased plastic bag, tie it and leave it in the refrigerator to rise in a cool place.
