How to make
Wash the pork ribs and dry them.
Spread honey on both sides and put the ribs in a clay guvec with a lid.
Sprinkle them with spices and pour the beer.
Cut the butter into small pieces and place them on the ribs.
Close the lid and bake them in a non preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Reduce the oven to 340°F (170°C) and bake the ribs in the oven for 3 hours.
Remove the lid, while being careful not to burn yourself and leave them for 10-15 minutes to aquire a nice honey crust.
Take pork ribs with honey and beer out of the oven and serve them.
