"When we said sweet ribs, we meant really sweet, the sweetest in fact - with honey and beer."

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - about 2 lb (1 kg)
  • beer - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • honey - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • soya sauce - about 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • savory

How to make

Wash the ribs, then thoroughly smear them with oil, salt, paprika and black pepper. Put them in a tray.

In a separate dish, dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey in some hot water, add the soya sauce, and beer. Pour the mixture into the tray.

Smear each rib with a little honey and sprinkle with basil, oregano and savory, can use other spices to taste.

Bake in a moderate oven, time depends on the type of oven.
