How to make
Cut the pork ribs and put them in a pot, cover them with water and boil them. Blend the nectar with the wine, ketchup and honey.
Add the onions, garlic and orange peel and blend again. Pour the mixture over the ribs and stew them.
Reduce heat and stew them for about another hour or until the ribs have softened and the sauce is reduced.
Season them with salt and black pepper and serve them with lemon slices and chopped spring onions.
