How to make
Cut the pork into large cubes (if you're using ribs, they should have a lot of meat on them) and boil them until they're fully cooked. Strain the broth from the cooking and season them with as much salt as you like.
Chop the onion and fry it with a pinch of salt, until it lightly caramelizes, in the oil heated over medium heat.
Pour the pre-washed rice into some water to remove the starch from it.
Fry it for 2 minutes, while stirring, so that it doesn't stick.
Pour the black pepper and broth from boiling the meat - 1 part rice, 2 and a half - 3 parts liquid, depending on the type of rice and the instructions on the package.
Transfer everything into a baking pan and place the pork in it. Bake the pork with rice in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it remains fat and the rice has absorbed the liquid - about 20-25 minutes.
Remove the cooked pork with rice from the oven and cover it with a clean towel for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the food with freshly chopped parsley and serve it.
A classic dish from the Bulgarian cuisine, with very few products, but delicious and loved by many!
