How to make

Pour the warm water into a bowl and add the yeast along with the sugar and leave the yeast to activate.

Once the yeast has activated, add the yogurt, melted butter and salt. Stir lightly.

The next step is to add the flour. It is added gradually until a soft dough is obtained.

Leave it aside to rise for two hours and during that time make the stuffing.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry it until it crumbles.

Peel and cut the tomato into small pieces (in advance) and add it to the onion and minced meat. Add as much salt and black pepper as you like. Now the stuffing is ready.

Once the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal parts. Shape each one into an oval shape. Distribute the mixture along the length in the middle, grease the edges with a beaten egg (the egg plays the role of glue) and shape it like a boat.

Do the same with the other parts. Grease the pan with oil and bake the pizzas at 480°F (250 degrees) in a preheated oven. Serve them with thick yogurt.
