Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • einkorn flour - 20 tbsp. wholemeal (200 g)
  • hot water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • fresh yeast - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • Sauce
  • canned tomates - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. (or rapeseed oil)
  • basil - 1 handful (to puree with the canned tomatoes)
  • salt - a pinch
  • black pepper
  • Stuffing
  • black olives - 0.7 oz (20 g) handful
  • mozzarella - 4.3 oz (120 g)

How to make

Start with the pizza dough. Dissolve the yeast in water and olive oil. Add the flour and mix. Then add salt and knead the elastic dough. Add a little more flour while kneading.

Cover the kneaded dough with foil and leave it to rise for 40 minutes. Divide the risen dough into two parts and roll it out into two 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick loaves. Cut round small loaves.

In a bowl, mix the tomato puree from the canned tomatoes and basil with oil. Season with salt, black pepper and herbs. Coat the mini pizzas with tomato sauce. Arrange sliced ​​mozzarella on all of the pizzas.

Cut 6-8 olives in half lengths to make spider bodies. Then cut the tops of the heads into 3-4 olives. Finally, cut a few more olives for the legs, arranging them in the shape of spiders.

Arrange the mini pizzas in a baking tray. Place them in a preheated oven at 440°F (225ºC) and bake them for about 10 minutes.
