Lay out the puff pastry on the counter and cut out circles with a cup, while also saving 3/4″ (2 cm) wide strips.
Beat the eggs with the chopped processed cheese, crumbled feta and grated cheese. Cut the olives in half or into strips and add them to the egg mixture.
In a muffin tray, put a puff pastry circle at the bottom of each holder and then place a strip along the walls of each.
Fill them with the mixture and place the olives on top to serve as the ears. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until reddened.
