How to make
Cut the apples into 1/8 (3 mm) slices and put them in boiling water to soften.
Cut the puff pastry into strips about 1 1/4″ (3 cm) wide, smear them with jam, then place the softened apple slices on top.
Wrap them into rolls and press on one side to form a base on which to stand.
Place the formed roses in a tray with baking paper and bake at 340°F (170 °C).
