How to make
Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets in a suitable container (rectangular tray for example). Crumble feta cheese on top.
Cover with 2 sheets and wrap up into a roll, make cuts every 1 1/2″ (4 cm) and arrange them in an oiled tray - shape roses. Continue until you run out of sheets.
Beat 5 eggs in a bowl, add the carbonated water, yoghurt and a little oil to them.
Stir and use this mixture to fill up each rose with a spoon. Put a small lump of butter on each rose.
Put them in the oven and bake at 390°F (200 °C) until ready.
