How to make
The zucchini is washed and half of it is cut into small cubes and the other half is grated in bulk.
Sprinkle them with a little salt and leave them for 10 minutes. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add the grated yellow cheese, finely chopped dill, diced tomato (without the skin), garlic cloves, as much salt as you like and black pepper.
The zucchini you left to drain and flaxseed flour are also added. Stir the mixture to mix the products and pour it into a 9.4″ (24 cm) tray onto baking paper, which is lightly greased with oil.
Garnish it with green pepper strips, pieces of sausage and thin strips of onion on top.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes with a fan.
Take it out and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake it for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Take it out and leave it to cool, garnish it with cherry tomatoes and serve it.
