Grate the pumpkin and mix it with the cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Butter a tray, take 2 phyllo pastry sheets and put them in it.
Smear them with melted butter using a brush, sprinkle with stuffing, and continue this way until out of products.
Finally, pierce the phyllo pastry with a fork down to the bottom of the tray and pour on the beaten eggs, fresh milk and vanilla. Put the pumpkin phyllo pastry to bake to readiness in a moderately preheated oven.
