How to make
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl, then add the yoghurt and baking powder.
Shape the Turkish delight into strips and put them atop 2 phyllo pastry sheets along with some of the mixture. Wrap into a roll.
Arrange in a rectangular tray and pierce each phyllo pastry sheet with a fork. Bake the phyllo pastry with Turkish delight in a 320°F (160°C) oven for 40 min.
Once it is baked, remove it and wait a little for it to cool. Then, make the topping (bring the ingredients for it to a boil and let boil briefly) and pour it atop the cooled phyllo pastry.
