How to make
Knead a soft dough from the listed products. Leave for about 10 min. to relax. Divide it up into 2-3 parts. Grate the pumpkin in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the walnuts, sugar and some crumbled plain biscuits if you have any. Roll out 1 ball of dough into a thin sheet.
Sprinkle with oil, pumpkin and some of the dry mixture. Wrap into a roll and then arrange in a spiral. Place in a buttered tray. Repeat for the rest of the balls of dough.
Bake the phyllo pastry at 360°F (180 °C) about 35 min. or until ready. Take out, leave to cool a bit and sprinkle with sugar.
