How to make
Beat 3 whole eggs + 1 white in a bowl. To them, add the crumbled feta cheese, salt, the yoghurt in which you've extinguished the baking soda beforehand and the flour.
Stir everything well and leave it aside. Separately, melt the butter and smear the oven dish with it.
Take 2 phyllo pastry sheets at a time, smear them with butter and distribute some of the prepared filling on the top one. Wrap it into a roll, put it in the middle of the oven dish. Repeat this process with the remaining phyllo pastry sheets and arrange the rolls in a spiral, coming out of the center one.
Smear the phyllo pastry with egg yolk. Bake in a moderate oven until reddened.
