How to make
Mash the pumpkin in a bowl, add the protein, sugar, butter, cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
We spread the mixture on 3 filo pastry sheets (or 2 depending on the thickness) and roll them up.
We repeat this until we run out of the mixture and then we arrange the pumpkin rolls in a greased baking pan.
Spread each roll with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the tikvenik in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until done.
