- rice - 7 oz (200 g)
- garlic - 1 clove
- water - 3 cups
- cinnamon - 1 pinch
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- raisins - 1.7 oz (50 g)
- salt - 1 tsp.
measuresHow to make
Finely chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil. Add the rice and fry it until it starts looking transparent.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and pour water over it.
Boil it until the rice is ready and add the raisins and salt. Stir and serve it.
