How to make
Cut the chicken in half, then into smaller pieces. Blend together the onions, garlic, spices and salt.
Add the butter and make a smooth paste.
Smear the chicken with this mixture and let the pieces cool for 1-2 hours. Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C).
Arrange the chicken in a tray, sprinkle with lemon juice and roast for 60-80 min. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
