How to make
Put the drumsticks, milk and water in a pot, as well as the salt.
Put them to boil for 20 minutes. Take out the drumsticks and allow them to cool down.
Put the flour, breadcrumbs, cumin, oregano, allspice in the bowl and stir.
Put an egg and 1/2 cup (100 ml) of milk in a separate bowl.
Roll the drumsticks in flour with spices and then in the egg with the milk, then again in the flour, then again in the milk.
Place them in heated oil and fry the crispy breaded chicken until it aquires a golden color.
Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat of the fried Moroccan-style drumsticks.
