How to make
Rinse the rice thoroughly and strain. Heat the butter with the oil in a pot, to prevent the butter from burning. Add the angel hair and saute, until golden in color.
You should not saute the anger hair for too long, since it will keep cooking. Toss in the rice, season with salt and pepper. Bring the broth to a boil separately, and pour it in the pot.
Please DO NOT stir. Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. Add a cup of hot water and simmer.
If the rice is not cooked and the water has been absorbed, add another cup of hot water. A rule of thumb is that for every cup of water you should add 3 cups of water, yet each type of rice is different.
Once all the liquid is absorbed, set the pot aside, and cover with a cloth and a lid on top.
Allow to cool for at least 1-2 hours. Remove the lid and cloth and stir. The rice should be grainy and not sticky.
