How to make
Peel and wash the zucchini. Cut them into strips. Season them with salt and leave them to drain.
Beat the eggs. Dip the zucchini in the eggs, then in breadcrumbs and arrange them in a tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle them with olive oil, parmesan and white pepper.
Bake them in a preheated oven until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the oven-baked zucchini with crushed garlic and finely chopped dill.
