  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp. ground
  • grated parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

The zucchini for the dish are cut into relatively thin rings.

I used different colors of zucchini for more contrast.

The circles are arranged in a tray covered with baking paper.

The zucchini are salted, sprinkled with oil, turmeric and ground black pepper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan or another type of hard cheese on top of each.

Bake the zucchini in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until the parmesan acquires a golden color.

Easy to make and perfect for a light appetizer or main vegetarian dish. Try it!

You can also prepare a yogurt sauce for the oven-baked zucchini with turmeric and parmesan.
