Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • spices - oregano, black pepper ... to taste
  • parmesan - grated

How to make

Wash the zucchini and cut them into rings. Add salt and mix.

Put the breadcrumbs and spices in a bowl. Roll each piece on both sides.

Arrange on a tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle the breaded zucchini with parmesan cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) until done.
