How to make
The zucchini are cleaned but not peeled. Cut them into circles.
All ingredients are combined in a bowl but without the eggs.
Dip the zucchini rings in the dry mixture first and then in the eggs.
Arrange on a flat tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 450°F (230 degrees) for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with strained yoghurt with mashed garlic and a bunch of chopped dill.
