How to make
Oven-Baked Cauliflower with Parmesan and Spices - a unique idea with cauliflower, suitable for a main course and side dish.
Cut the cauliflower for the recipe into medium-sized florets, removing the core. The weight of the florets alone without the core should be about 1.9 lb (850 g).
Wash the vegetable, strain well and dry with kitchen paper.
Then put the cauliflower in a bowl, pour the olive oil and mix.
Add the dry bread in pieces, Parmesan, salt and spices in the blender.
Turn on the appliance at high speed to create fine crumbs.
Pour the flavorful mixture over the cauliflower and mix well so that the crumbs stick to each floret.
Line the baking tray with baking paper, drizzle with a little olive oil and distribute the cauliflower evenly so that it is not in piles.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) until nicely golden brown. Stir and turn the florets occasionally to brown evenly on all sides. The time for baking cauliflower is relatively about 30 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer or side dish for fish or meat.
I personally wait for the cauliflower to cool and transfer it into a smaller tray or large plate. I serve it with homemade tomato sauce or use it as a side dish for fish.
Bon appetit!
