How to make
Separate the individual florets of cauliflower and wash them well. Let them drain for 10-15 minutes or dry them. Grind the olive oil, butter and garlic with a chopper or blender.
Add the breadcrumbs to the resulting mixture.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika, then pour the garlic mixture over it.
Stir them to coat evenly.
Bake them at 430°F (220°C) for 60 minutes. After 15 minutes, stir the oven-baked cauliflower.
