How to make
The cauliflower is separated into pieces. The leek, carrot and celery are cut into circles and the pepper is finely chopped. The garlic is crushed and finely chopped
Stew the leek, pepper, carrot and celery in the fat. Season with salt and add the cauliflower, spices and wine.
Everything is poured into a baking pan and placed in the oven at 360°F (180°C), covered with foil.
Beat the eggs with the cheese and garlic. After 20 minutes, pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Bake for another 15-30 minutes, until it looks good to you.
