Cut leeks finely and fry them in preheated oil. Add the cabbage and stew under a cover until softened slightly. Add the chopped into small pieces pickles and ham, flavor them with spices and sauté for 5 minutes, while stirring.
Fill the ready pancakes with the stuffing; you can use the pancakes in pairs to make a large 1, or 1 by 1. Arrange them in a lightly greased tray and add the beaten milk and cream. Put to bake in a very hot oven.
5 minutes before removing from the oven, sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese and bake until it takes on a light tan.
