Ingredients

  • minced meat - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 1
  • green peppers - 2 small or 1 large
  • onions - 1 onion
  • leeks - 1/3 stalk
  • bread - 2 slices
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • mixed herbs and salt
  • oil for drizzling
  • flour for rolling

How to make

In a chopper, grind the two types of onion, garlic, peppers and 2 slices of bread. The bread should be soaked in a little water beforehand.

Put the minced meat in a suitable bowl.

Add the spices, egg, minced vegetables with the bread and grated Parmesan. Knead continuously with your hands.

Form the meatballs, roll them in flour and drizzle with a little oil.

Bake the meatballs at 390°F (200°C) until fully cooked.
