How to make
Knead the meat with the grated onion, the bread that's been pre-soaked in water, 1 egg, black pepper and salt to taste. Make small meatballs, then fry them. Saute the finely chopped leeks until tender in the same oil, then transfer them to a tray.
Arrange the meatballs on top of the leeks. Pour on a little hot water and bake in the oven until the water evaporates.
Add the 3 remaining eggs, beaten with the citric acid, and bake once again. Serve warm.
